Return/Exchange Policy:

All sales are final.

(if a necklace is too short, please reach out via Email or DM on IG, You will be sent an extended piece to fix the issue)

*If your package arrives damaged, is missing, or stolen please file a claim with USPS as we do not have control over how they handle your package once it leaves our possession*

•Processing usually takes 24-48hours (does not include Holidays or weekends)

•We use USPS for our shipments which usually takes about 1-5 business days depending where in the country you live. *delivery times may be delayed due to Covid-19*

Processing/Shipping time (CUSTOM/MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS):

•Ordering MADE-TO-ORDER (or custom) products it can take 4-6 weeks processing time due to Covid-19.

•Then we will ship via USPS taking 1-5 business days depending where in the country you live. *delivery times may be delayed due to Covid-19*

Q: My package arrived damaged. Can I get a refund?

A: When you receive a damaged package please file a claim with USPS for they are liable for ensuring your package arrives safely to you. We have no control how they handle your package once it leaves our possession.

All sales are final, but once your claim is sorted out with USPS we hope to see you again.

Q: I never received my package but it says delivered. Can I get a refund or my order replaced?

A: We are so sorry to hear that, here are some steps to fix this issue:

-have you double checked your address was correct?

If your address was correct please file a claim with USPS for they are liable for ensuring your package arrives safely to you. We have no control how they handle your package once it leaves our possession. Once your claim is sorted out with USPS we hope to see you again.

If your address was incorrect feel free to place your order again but all sales are final and cannot be refunded. We always recommend double and triple checking your address, we all make mistakes from time to time.

Q: My package was stolen, can I get a replacement or a refund?

A: We are so sorry that happened, please file a claim with USPS, they are liable for ensuring your package arrives safely to you. We are not responsible for your package once it leaves our possession. We hope your claim gets resolved right away and hope to see you soon. All sales are final and cannot be refunded.

Q: I received my order but I am missing my custom piece:

A: Orders including a custom or made-to-order item will be shipped out separately. Anything in stock will be shipped out right away and your custom piece will be mailed to you once it is complete, at no extra charge to you.

Q: Can I combine a promo code during a sale or any other offers?

A: Promo/discount codes and other offers cannot be combined. ALL active promo codes will be disabled during sales to avoid confusion and glitches from occurring during our events.
